Q: The widget doesn’t work. What can I do to fix it?
A: Check Aspenware Commerce > Ikon Friends and Family > Ikon Entitlement API Configuration to ensure the Entitlement Type Id for Ikon Pass, Ikon Base Pass, Ikon Base Plus Pass, etc. are all up to date for the current/upcoming season. (Values to be verified/supplied by Alterra team).

If testing in test, check that the Ikon Login Configuration is as you’d expect for testing. Are you testing in your test online store to a product Ikon site?

If the above is correct, it is possible that Alterra has not authorized a callback URL. This is most commonly identified when the login flow works until the Alterra site redirects and you run into a blank page.
