Overview
Resort Tools encompasses two products that can be used in one of two ways or in tandem for the optimal onsite guest experience. For example, a resort might email guests with upcoming orders to prompt them to complete missing information using Aspenware Arrival. These guests will then be able to go straight to their activity. For guests that show up on the day of their activity and are missing information, they can be directed to a kiosk to complete the required tasks. The two offerings are as follows:
