A: Recipient vouchers can be redeemed, but the recipient will not be enforced. If there is a recipient on the voucher, it will be ignored. A stored procedure can be created to gate usage to the customer assigned in RTP. Talk with your Aspenware Representative if you would like to consider this additional functionality.
