As destinations in the industry make a move toward boosting year-round access, it makes sense that guests will want to participate all year long. Communicating with guests when implementing a reservation system. Woodward Park City transitioned guests to start using a reservation system after a year of not using a reservation system. In order to prepare their members, they sent the following email a week before they put the reservation system online:
