Q: How do I hide/show the renewal banner?
A: This banner is controlled from the HTML widget called "Renewal Banner Message". You can find this widget from: Nop Templates>Plugins>HTML Widgets>Manage Templates > Plugins > HTML Widgets > Manage HTML Widgets. From here just edit it so it is not visible in the shop, or is visible by checking/unchecking the Active checkbox.

A: There is a known bug with the renewal page only around this. Unpublished and deleted renewal products continue to show in the shop until they are marked as not displayed in RTP|One. The quickest fix for this is to uncheck Display in RTP|One. Conversely, the Renewal product may not show up in Aspenware commerce if it’s not set to Display in RTP|One, despite being published in Aspenware Commerce.
Q: A renewal product should be displayed for a former pass holder, however, the product is not coming through.
A: This could be caused by several things. First, confirm that the product setup is correct. Second, confirm that the renewal product header is set to Display. Finally, confirm that the eligibility time frame in the product component link configuration is setup set up so that the guest in question is eligible based on their past product dates.
