A: The “RTP Code” must be retrieved from RTP|One. It can be found in Delivery Method Administration. The delivery method must first be set up in RTP|One and, once it’s set up, it will be assigned a codethe database for the associated Delivery Detail. Contact your Aspenware Representative if you need help obtaining the Delivery Detail codes from your database to complete this task.

Q: The delivery method or delivery detail in the order view in One|Resort doesn’t match the guest selection.

A: This is usually due to a mismatch between RTP|One delivery method and delivery detail codes and the delivery method and delivery location codes configured in Aspenware in the Delivery plugin.

Q: Delivery information is not displaying on the order confirmation email

A: Order confirmation emails do not currently display delivery selections. RTP|One orders is the most accurate reference to display which delivery selections a guest made when completing their order.

Q: Orders are failing because the delivery setup in Aspenware Commerce doesn’t match the setup in RTP.

A: This would cause an order to fail. After fixing your delivery setup, contact us and share the failed order # as well as the desired correct delivery method or location code, and we can resolve the order failure.
