Once RTP|One product component link setup and Aspenware Commerce configuration is complete, a customer who has had purchased a pass access product component in the past will be able to buy “renewal” products on the online store from a restricted page.
Only logged in and eligible members can complete a renewal purchase, so a banner prompting non-logged in guests to login log in to renew can be setup. The banner below displays a custom dynamic message that displays to a non logged in userupdates when a guest logs in.

Once a guest is logged in, the banner language changes to link to the renewal area, from where renewal products can be added to the cart for the entire family.

Customers who are not eligible to buy renewal products will be blocked from being able to access and add these linked products to their cart. The image below shows the display when some people members in the family are eligible to renew, but this family member is not eligible to renewothers are.
