Feature Description
Aspenware Commerce offers product voucher redemption directly from any page on your resort’s commerce site. Once the new plugin is installed and activated, the product vouchers redemption widget becomes available for use on the product template set up. It allows product vouchers to be redeemed online using an installed banner widget which can be accessed from anywhere on a resort’s Commerce store. This functionality is perfect for the redemption of Friends & Family tickets or Employee coupons. Thredbo is currently using Enhanced Voucher Redemption to allow guests to redeem summer “bring a friend” vouchers on their store.
Any number of RTP|One Voucher Template IDs may then be added to the product (though they may not be used across several products). Once added, resorts may then activate a the voucher banner that allows customers to validate and redeem their voucher IDs directly from the banner. In addition to preventing vouchers from being used more than once, product voucher pages are invisible and fenced from any guest without a valid voucher ID. Vouchers are deactivated upon complete order.
