This is an RTP Activity related error where Aspenware is trying to obtain a lock when there are none available. This error can occur because of timing between the time RTP's Lock expires and the time it takes the lock to be removed from the RTP table. Technically the lock can be expired but still in the RTP table until a process runs in RTP to actually remove it. This error can occur in between that time.

  1. Attempt to reprocess order in the order queue.

  2. If error continues, create order in RTP manually.
