Q: In checkout, guests are unable to complete their booking/reservations.
A: To prevent overbookings, Aspenware does not allow Golf orders to be completed unless connectivity to EZLinks is active. Most likely there is either an internet outage, server issue, EZLinks connection issue, etc that needs to be resolved. If you are unsure of the cause of the outage reach out to support@aspenware.com and our support team will help resolve.
