Aspenware’s integration with Arrive Parking makes online parking reservations within your commerce store simplified for guests and easy to manage for resorts. This integration syncs directly with inventory and pricing from Arrive, enabling guests to make parking reservations, cancel parking reservations, receive refunds for their cancellations, and it displays parking lot(s) intuitively for simplified booking.

Arrive can be used to provide guests with a simplified reservation experience including:

  • Simplified booking - Guests can easily review information on each parking lot to help them choose the best available lot for their needs.

  • Single platform for booking family vacation - By offering parking reservations on the e-store, guests can complete all their online shopping/planning on one platform and in a single transaction rather than needing to go through multiple websites/links to book their resort experience.

Snowbird

Snowbird has taken advantage of the Arrive Parking integration to offer their guest paid parking. Once a guest adds a lift ticket to their cart, they are presented with an option to purchase paid parking.

When the guest selects the paid parking option, they are given the opportunity to see what lots have availability on their selected date of arrival and choose the lot before adding the paid parking product to their cart.

Mt. Bachelor

Mt. Bachelor has also leveraged the Arrive Parking functionality to offer their guests a paid parking product.
