Overview (H2)

When tee times are booked in EZLinks but are still showing available on the first screen in eComm, but when a customer tries to select it, it will say “The tee time selected has been reserved by another party.” This is due to a synch problem with tee times and EZLinks.

This will occur at the beginning of the golf season. We recommend doing the below technical tasks before every season.

Configuration Notes / Detailed Setup

The below tasks are required by the Aspenware Dev team to complete:

  1. Delete all records in the Redis cache

  2. Unsubscribe from the EZLinks Xtream Service for every sponsor and course ID using the Xtream API

  3. Initialize every sponsor and course ID using the Xtream API

  4. Subscribe from the EZLinks Xtream Service for every sponsor and course ID using the Xtream API
