With great pleasure, Aspenware presents Identity 2.16. This major release is compatible and must be deployed jointly with Aspenware Commerce 2.27, Aspenware Unity 3.21, and Aspenware Arrival 1.6.

New Features

Improved Claim Account Flow

Previously, if a guest attempted to sign in to Aspenware Commerce using Identity, and they had an existing, but incomplete, customer profile, they would follow a claim account path that depended on sending them an email or test, even if none existed in their profile. A new claim account flow has been created to accommodate such situations, with a specific direction to guarantee customer success.

 

Enhancements

Resolved Issues (Issues expected to be resolved in 2.26)

  • Customers with an excess of Contact records (including multiple family members, with merges) were occasionally experiencing a 500 error upon entering the checkout. This has been resolved.
