Use Cases: Identity

Several resorts have implemented Identity in order to streamline the log in process for their guests. No longer do guests have to keep track of several sets of credentials, once they are logged in, they automatically have access to the platforms that will enable them to have an incredible guest experience. Identity reduces friction which, ultimately, drives revenue.

  • Jackson Hole - Jackson Hole Mountain Resort implemented Identity and uses to to connect to their mobile application, as well as the Aspenware Arrival and Commerce platforms. Since implementing Identity, calls to the call center at Jackson Hole related to login/create account have decreased by 20% and escalations to POS experts from the call center are also down significantly.

 

  • Boyne Resorts - Boyne uses Identity across all of their resorts. If you are logged in to one Boyne resort store you are logged in to all of them which makes it easy to book across the resort portfolio. They’ve also implemented Arrival and are working toward connecting it to their mobile application as well.

 

  • Powdr - Powdr has implemented it for all of their resorts for both Commerce and Arrival.
