Q: I’ve configured customer form fields but the extra field capture is not working for me.
A: The setting ”OrderSettings.CollectMissingCustomerInfo” may not be auto-created during installation due to a bug. If you cannot locate is using the search field, you can create it. In the absence of the setting the feature is OFF.
Q: I’ve set up Gender as a required field, but it is not working
A: Gender, County, Country and Fax Number should not be checked, as they are currently excluded from this enhancement.
Q: When Zip code gets stored to the customer address profile, the country always defaults to USA even though my resort is outside of the USA and the zip code entered is not a US zip.
Gender, County, Country, and Fax Number should not be checked, as they are currently excluded from this enhancement. When this feature is turned on, because RTP|One requires a full address profile and cannot store a partial profile, we have to send some default values to the customer address profile. Country defaults to USA (currently not configurable) and County, Province, and State are sent with blank values. Address Line is set to a “.”.
