Auto Store Close

Aspenware is excited to offer Auto Store Close for our Cloud customers. With Auto Store Close, when a series of checks show Unity is not up, Aspenware will automatically display your Store Closed page, and take it down upon resolution and store re-opening. This will result in fewer guest calls to the resort call center and less reliance on Aspenware support and resort staff during off-work hours. (Moved from 2.44)

See the Auto Store Close Feature Guide for more information.

Siriusware/Add Media

An issue arose for Siriusware users in which a customer with previous media associated with their account could not add new media for a product purchase that required media. This issue created a scenario in which customers would arrive at the resort and unsuccessfully try to print new media at the pick-up box. New media is now assigned as expected. Note that this is for Siriusware customers only. (Moved from 2.44)

New Features

Enhancements

Cloud customers have the ability to define both an attribute title and attribute description in separate fields in the attribute editor, which will be used and displayed above the respective attributes in the UI PDP refresh coming with Cloud UI 1.3. Due to the design system handling the styling of the attribute title and description, the rich text HTML editor is no longer available for attribute titles and descriptions, but basic <a> links can be added in the plain text field and will be an acceptable input if you desire to link externally within your attribute description. To edit product attribute titles and descriptions, go to Catalog > Attributes > Product Attributes and Edit the desired attribute. It is suggested to edit all Attributes used on Cloud UI PDPs to ensure an optimal user experience.
