Guests can complete specific prompts during checkout that will save information into the Private Lesson tab in RTP|One. This provides organized information that is easily accessible for ski school to manage their private lessons.

POS Tasks
RTP - The product must be a fully configured product in the POS system and able to be sold in ONE|Resort.

1. Add the Private Lesson Profile specification attributes:
If not already configured, specification attributes must be created in order to configure prompts.
NOTE: This only needs to be completed once and will apply to all Private Lesson Products.
To add the required specification attributes, go to Catalog > Attributes > Specification attributes > Add new
Ensure the Attribute info drop-down is expanded > in the Name field enter the attribute name exactly as spelled in the examples below > click Save and Continue Edit
Ensure the Options drop-down is expanded > click Add a new option > in the Name field enter the option name exactly as spelled in the examples below > click Save
