Prevent Duplicates

Prevents duplicate assignments

This classification prevents a user from accidentally assigning a duplicate product to the same guest. Any unique product that shares the same classification will be prevented from being assigned to the guest more than once.

If the product is date-based, duplicate assignment is only prevented on identical dates.

Creating multiple “prevent duplicate assignment” classifications is required to apply this rule to differing products.

Examples: Passes, Tickets, Rentals, Lessons, etc.

Requires Child Registration During Checkout

Collect registration during checkout

Enforces collecting Child Registration information during checkout’s “Personalize” step. Primary & Secondary emergency contact, drug allergies, medications, food allergies, and special conditions details will save to the POS (RTP|One’s Child Registration Profile).

If a guest has existing child registration details in the POS, the existing information will pre-fill these fields in checkout.

Note

IMPORTANT: RTP|One has a character limit per field. If the guest includes more information than RTP|One allows, the additional character(s) will not save to RTP|One.

Collect rental profile during checkout

Enforces collecting Rental Profile information during the “Personalize” step in checkout. Ability level, height, weight, and shoe size details will save to the POS (RTP|One’s Rental Profile).

If a guest has existing Rental Profile details in the POS, the existing information will pre-fill these fields in checkout.

This should be assigned to the add-on product and not the attribute on the core-product.

Requires Rental Location

Associates the sale of the product to the rental location(s) defined in Aspenware Commerce’s “Rental Location” plugin.

If there are multiple rental locations defined in Aspenware Commerce, the guest will select their desired location as an additional step during checkout.

If there is a single rental location configured in Aspenware Commerce and it is defined as “Is Default”, the guest will not see an additional step during checkout and orders containing products with this classification will be mapped to the defined default location.

Allows guest to see calendar highlighted with the consecutive number of days selected

Required setting to enable consecutive multi-day product bookings. Used in conjunction with Inventory Pools to define the number of consecutive days being booked.

Allows guest to select multiple days from the PDP calendar without a consecutive date requirement

Enables the PDP to display a calendar where multiple dates can be selected and then added to cart.

IMPORTANT: Nonconsecutive multi-day products CANNOT be dynamically priced. The logic to calculate the price of the product multiplies the base price for each date selected and does not work properly if dynamically priced. 

Days Before Arrival

Enables the addition of an add-on product that has a start date before the core product date

Can be added to an add-on selection to book that add-on a specified day(s) before the start date of the core product. For example, this could include the addition of night skiing the evening before the date on the full-day lift ticket.

Is Radio Button Date

Dates with available inventory display on the PDP as a radio button

Replaces a PDP’s calendar date picker with selectable radio button date(s) based on the product or attribute combination's available inventory.

Displays a large interactive pricing calendar before entering a product’s PDP.

Note

Send Print-at-Home Notification

Send a secondary email upon order completion with a bar code representing the order

Flags a product as a “print at Home” product and initiates the sending of a separate email confirmation that contains access barcodes or QR codes. These can then be scanned onsite.

Is Liftopia

Liftopia Variant ID

Classification used for Liftopia / Catalate pricing integration. Each attribute combination on the product must be mapped to a correspoding Liftopia ID.

In Aspenware, select an attribute combination, click the Assign checkbox for LiftopiaID and in the “Value” field enter the corresponding Liftopia ProductID|TicketID ie: “11193|43029”. Add the classification and repeat this process for all attribute combinations.

Note

IMPORTANT: The product must also be dynamically priced in order for pricing to sync from Liftopia.

Requires 1Risk Waiver

For use with the Optional 1Risk Waiver configuration option

Used with the optional 1Risk waiver configuration option. Products can be set up to send guests a link to complete 1Risk waivers upon order completion within the order confirmation email. A 1Risk waiver link is sent to a guest in their order confirmation email if the guest has a product, or products, in their order that are set up to require waivers.

Send Complete Notification

SIRIUSWARE ONLY: Assign this classification to core products that leverage media selection and will be printed at PUB when reload is not selected. This enables sending a QR code via email for PUBs to print from when necessary.

For Siriusware resorts. After an order is completed that contains new Media, Siriusware sends a response to Aspenware with a WW Sale#.

This product classification will trigger a second email to the guest via the “OrderCompleted.CustomerNotification” email template. The email will include a QR code with the WW Sale# that the guest can use at the PUB to redeem their media.

NOTE 1: It is reccomended to assign this classification to the media product instead of the core product. This ensures the second email for media redemption is only sent for new media and not reloaded media.

However, assigning to a core product that always requires media will also work.

Use Alternate Payment Plan Pricing

Assign this classification to payment plan products where tax on the payment plan deposit is not included in the entered product price.

Required setting for Payment Plan products that utilize exclusive taxes. The classification updates order item values to the correct value on order complete in the database.

Is Axess PUB Product

Assign this classification to media products and non-reload access products that are able to be printed at PUBs. DO NOT assign to core products that will leverage media selection (reload).

Upon order completion, the classification sends the product to Siriusware with a tag that indicates the product qualifies to be printed at a PUB.

Is Axess PUB with New Media

Verifies if the guest’s current Aspenware order has other product(s) with an “Is Axess PUB Products” classification

  • If True, the core product with this product classification will be sent with the print at PUB “tag”.

  • If false, Aspenware does not send the “tag” for printing at a PUB eligiblity. This product will be reloaded to the existing WTP#
