Child Registration Profile

A set of prompts collected, typically for lesson participants, to capture and store necessary child information in the POS, including primary and secondary emergency contacts, allergy information, medications, and other conditions.

Feature Detail

Child Registration prompts can be added to Aspenware Commerce’s checkout Personalization step and are saved in RTPthe POS.


The fields that can be populated on this screen are:

  • Primary Emergency Contact

  • Secondary Emergency Contact

  • Special Conditions

    • Drug Allergies

    • Medications

    • Food Allergies
