Copper Mountain - Tubing

Copper Mountain uses the time-based activity functionality to offer guests tubing. Guests can select the desired date for the activity and, once selected, a time selection will appear. Within the time selection drop-down, guests can see which slots are already full and how many spots are left in other time slots. They can then add the desired quantity to their cart and checkout. They also take advantage of the product page to list policies and reminders that are important for guest information.

Big Sky offers personalized and private snowshoe tours to their guests through the time-based activity function. Guests can select the desired date for their tour and choose from available time slots. To keep the tours private, Big Sky is able to limit the number of available spots for each time slot. The product information page alerts guest guests to what to expect on the tour, gives them important safety information, and notes the cancellation policy.

Sugar Bowl creatively used the time-based activity functionality to allow guests to schedule an appointment for fitting their rental ski or snowboard equipment. This limits the number of guests that are being fitted at a time to keep guest wait lines shorter and, during the Covid pandemic, enables the resort to limit the number of guests in close proximity to one another.
