Aspenware is thrilled to introduce Identity v3 (Powered by Auth0), marking a significant leap forward in secure, reliable, and modern identity features for our valued Cloud customers. This unique solution combines a best-in-class authentication management system, Auth0, with Aspenware’s Commerce platform. In addition to the basic login & sign-up features, this initial version includes customer matching logic that will help reduce duplicate customers and account for any merging of customers in RTP. In addition, Guest Checkout is fully supported out of the box and Aspenware will continue to support Arrival and 3rd Party Applications relying on Aspenware Identity.

Resolved Issues

Previously, resorts using Resort Charge waivers with Aspenware Commerce and RTP set to non-US date formats would find incorrect information in RTP. This issue has been resolved and resort charge waiver dates are now sent to and stored correctly in RTP according to the language-culture set in Aspenware Commerce and the date format configured in RTP.
