Q: I’m getting an inventory related error in the order queue but the product the guest purchased doesn’t have inventory mapped to it in AW commerce. A: If inventory is setup on any of the DCIs or components in the POS, it should also be setup in AW Commerce using the configuration steps for inventory. If the product is not setup with inventory mappings in AW commerce, the guest will be able to freely book, and if it sells out in the POS, then the order will fail because the two systems don’t have the same constraints. |

How do I hide/show the renewal banner?
A: This banner is controlled from the HTML widget called "Renewal Banner Message". You can find this widget from: Nop Templates > Plugins > HTML Widgets > Manage HTML Widgets. From here edit it so it is not visible in the shop, or is visible by checking/unchecking the Active checkbox.
Q: A renewal product is deleted or unpublished in Aspenware Commerce, but it is still showing up on the Renewals page as active. Help!
A: There is a known bug with the renewal page only around this. Unpublished and deleted renewal products continue to show in the shop until they are marked as not displayed in RTP|One. The quickest fix for this is to uncheck Display in RTP|One. Conversely, the Renewal product may not show up in Aspenware Commerce if it’s not set to Display in RTP|One, despite being published in Aspenware Commerce.
Q: A renewal product should be displayed for a former pass holder, however, the product is not coming through.
A: This could be caused by several things. First, confirm that the product setup is correct. Confirm the Product Header Code assigned in the RTP Product Component Link matches the SKU/Product Header Code on the Aspenware product page. Second, confirm that the RTP renewal product header is set to display. Finally, confirm that the eligibility time frame in the product component link configuration is set up so that the guest in question is eligible based on their past product dates.
Q: We're building season passes now, and looking at renewals. Can we build add-ons into the renewal flow?
A: Yes, renewals can have add on products associated just like core products.
Q: The price that is being displayed on the product card is incorrect, but when you click on the product, it displays correctly and is added to the cart correctly.
A. The product SKU that is being matched up when the renewal product query is coming back from RTP|One is matching up with a deleted product or product attribute combination on another product. This is a bug, work with Aspenware Support to identify other products that are tied to the SKU you are using for renewals.
