Sugarbush is the first resort on Aspenware Commerce to use the new voucher redemption feature for Mountain Collective pass holders, and they have seen tremendous success! Sugarbush allows Mountain Collective pass holders to either reload their 2 or 3 included days onto existing Sugarbush media or receive a QR Code to pick-up their media at a Pickup Box at the Sugarbush base area. In both cases, the skier can skip the ticket window altogether. Aspenware Commerce In the Sugarbush store, when redeeming their voucher, a guest is able to upload their photo (if required) and sign a COVID attestation (required for Vermont) through the online redemption process.
Sugarbush uses their brand site to provide “know before you go” details around how to redeem all their "Special" tickets. This helpful page links guests directly to the store where they can redeem a Mountain Collective voucher.
