Account Lookup with Pass Number

With Identity v3 guests have the ability to lookup with account (email) by typing in their pass number. This would occur if the user forgets which email they used to signed up.

With Identity v3 guests have the ability to lookup with account (email) by typing in their pass number. This would occur if the user forgets which email they used to signed up.

Account Creation with Pass Number

A new feature allows users to create an account using their existing pass (IP code, RFID, or Pass Media number). If the pass meets security criteria, such as having an email on file, an account creation invitation will be sent, automatically linking to the user's existing customer profile. This is helpful if a user wants to reload their media and also helps prevent duplicates in RTP

Support for Multi-Store

Identity v3 now supports configurations for multi-stores. This accounts for different GTM IDs and theming between the resorts sharing a storefront.

Consent

We’ve created a consent module to enable guests to opt-in to, such as loyalty programs. When a guest enrolls, the enrollment status will update in the RTP Rewards module with an enrollment date and status for the guest.

Resolved Issues

Waivers

• We fixed an issue where waivers being signed on the current day were being recorded as signed on the previous day.

• We corrected an issue where 1Risk waivers being signed in Arrival were displaying an erroneous date for the guest’s date of birth.

• We corrected an issue in Arrival admin that didn’t respect the optional setting to skip the waiver.

Date of Birth after 2020

We corrected an issue where a guest couldn’t add a family member with a DOB after the year 2020 in Arrival.

Shoe Size for Required Rental Profiles

We’ve resolved an issue where admins were unable to remove access for other users. Now, you can successfully revoke access to admin screens for any user, ensuring better control over user permissions.

Immediate Display of New Family Members

We’ve fixed an issue where newly added family members wouldn’t appear immediately on the screen in the Arrival process. Now, new members will populate on the list right after being added, ensuring a smoother and more efficient check-in experience.
