Sync with Linked Refunds

An internally identified issue has been resolved in which an order with 2 order IDs would fail in to sync to RTPin the order queue if the resort had linked refunds enabled. This could occur when a product with a rental location is purchased alongside a product without a rental location. Now, the order succeeds syncs as expected and both order IDs are created.
