A customer syncing update in the Commerce 3.0 upgrade caused an issue where customer roles weren't added correctly when general program profiles were entered in RTP. We've fixed this issue. Now, just like as in earlier releases, when a customer buys a product that assigns a general program profile associated with a customer role, they can view role-based products by going to My Account and then navigating to their product. Note: Logging out and logging in, or navigating to My Account, triggers a customer sync that assigns the role.
