For customers using 1Risk, you can now use a new Aspenware Commerce setting that will control how 1Risk displays any dates (e.g. DOB).  The valid values include: mm/dd/yyyy, dd/mm/yyyy, mm-dd-yyyy, dd-mm-yyyy.
