  • To configure the following settings, go to Settings > All settings (advanced) and enter the setting name into the Name field of the Search box.

    • Define the store-wide setting ‘OrderSettings.CollectMissingCustomerInfo’ and set it to True.

1. Select customer form fields to capture

  • Go to Settings > Customer Settings and make sure the toggle is set to “Advanced” in the top right corner of the page.

  • Expand the section Customer Form Fields. Check the fields you would like enabled/required.

  • Click Save at top right after making or changing selections.

Note

IMPORTANT: Gender, County, Country, and Fax Number should not be checked, as they are currently excluded from this enhancement. When this feature is turned on, because RTP|One requires a full address profile and cannot store a partial profile, we have to send some default values to the customer address profile. Country defaults to USA (currently not configurable) and County, Province, and State are sent with blank values.

DO NOT disable Date of Birth settings.

NOTE: Resorts using Siriusware who wish to be able to recover the original phone number supplied by the guest should set “OrderSettings.CollectMissingCustomerInfo “ to TRUE, and click on “Phone Number Enabled” in Customer fields, per CAPTURE OF CERTAIN FIELDS. This will display the supplied number in the original form in the Customer Record in Aspenware Commerce.
