Aspenware Commerce offers email integration for a variety of customer-support actions. Several emails can be auto-generated from the ecommerce your store including order confirmations, password reset emails, Find Me by Email verification code, abandoned cart reminders, and failed payment notifications. Several All of these have configurable templates available. The mechanism for sending emails depends on the resort-specific setup and may include a 3rd party vendor API,  SMTP servers, or utilizing Inntopia’s or SendGrid’s API. 

From the ‘My Account’ section of the store, guests can also email vouchers to enable easy voucher redemption online. Additionally, Aspenware Commerce offers the functionality that enables stores to email a product an access code (either a barcode or QR code) to guests for printing those items at home to expedite access once they arrive on-site at the resort.
