Q: When I assign a role to a customer and save it, the role saves, but is then no longer assigned to the user about 5-10 minutes later.
A: Don’t assign to customers one by one, manually in NOP. You should be assigning the roles only in RTP and then in NOP if you/customer/tester logs out of NOP and back in, then you have the Role from RTP.
